I would highly recommend checking Jack’s Pumpkin Patch Pop-Up. It has so many cool pumpkin displays and plenty of photo-opts.
Chicago is such a beautiful city in the fall. Along with the recommendations I have made about Chicago in the past:

We got to visit Jack’s Pumpkin Patch Pop-Up when our daughter was four months old. It was kid and stroller friendly. We went in the early evening. It was good because there were only a few people here and there. I think this is key when going attending an event with children. That way the family can enjoy the event and the adults can enjoy the event when it gets a little darker.
The displays feature anywhere from strategically placed pumpkins to tractors, classic monsters like Dracula and Frankenstein’s monster, even an iron throne. For those looking for a little challenge, there is also a corn maze.

Food & Drinks
There were a couple of food trucks with food available as well as a couple of small bars.
More information:
The pop up is open for the month of October. For more information check out Jack’s Pumpkin Pop Up.

Note: All ages are welcome before 6 pm, after 6 pm the festivities are more “boozy themed.”
