Orchid Show Singapore: New York Botanical Garden

New York’s Botanical Garden is having their annual Orchid Show. This show features thousands of orchids. From beautiful archways to incredible Supertrees inspired by Singapore.

We really enjoyed our experience, so much that we are now members. The orchids are arranged is such a unique way that it is hard not to want to take a picture of each one of them. There was every color you can imagine.

My favorites were the Supertrees. They are huge dramatic trees filled with stunning arrangements of orchids. I’m always in awe of the natural beauty of flowers that having them perfectly blended together was a sight to see.

Orchid Show Dates

Saturday, February 23 – April 28, 2019

Fees:

Weekdays $23 & Weekends $28 for Adults, Members and Children under 2 years are free!

Family Note: Strollers are acceptable on the property. However they are not allowed in the conservatory, you have to park your stroller in a designated area.

Orchid Show Evenings:

These are special hours when you are able to see the show after dark. This is for 21 and over, only. I went to an evening hour show for Chihuly. It was fun, there was music, drinks, and the exhibit was lit to make it a unique experience than if you visited during the day. These tend to be popular times to visit so I recommend booking tickets soon!

Dates: April 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27 (7pm-10pm)

Evening times: Entry Time: 7pm, 7:30pm and 8pm

The main attraction at the botanical garden is the orchid show but you can’t miss the desert while you are there.
